MRI Technologist in Lake Worth, FL

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced MRI Technologist with expertise in Imaging – MRI. In this dynamic contract role, you will work alongside skilled colleagues using advanced imaging technology to provide the highest standard of patient care. Qualifications:

• Current certification or registry as an MRI Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Completion of an accredited radiologic technologist program
• Prior experience operating MRI equipment in a clinical or hospital setting
• Strong understanding of MRI safety protocols and imaging procedures
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
• BLS certification required; additional certification in MRI preferred

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI scans according to physician orders and departmental protocols
• Ensure patient safety before, during, and after procedures, including comprehensive screening
• Properly position patients and select imaging parameters for optimal diagnostic results
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each procedure
• Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams for diagnostic image review
• Provide clear instructions, reassurance, and care to patients throughout their visit
• Monitor equipment function, report technical issues, and assist with routine maintenance
