MRI Technologist | Lake Worth, Florida

Exciting opportunity available for a skilled professional with expertise in MRI imaging. This contract position requires a motivated individual ready to provide high-quality patient care in a busy environment. The role spans 13 weeks, focusing on flexibility and proficiency in MRI technology across multiple locations.

Schedule:

• 2x12-hour shifts: Saturday and Sunday
• 8:00 am – 8:00 pm

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an MRI Technologist
• Current certification in ARRT (MR)
• Valid BLS certification required
• Demonstrated ability to handle a high patient volume workplace
• Willingness to float and adapt to assignments at various locations as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment to acquire diagnostic images according to physician orders and departmental protocols
• Ensure image quality and patient safety, following all regulatory and safety standards
• Address patient questions, monitor patients during imaging, and provide excellent customer service
• Manage workflow efficiently to accommodate a high volume of exams over the weekend shifts
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation
• Collaborate with radiologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
