Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Travel MRI Technologist for a contract assignment in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. This opportunity is ideal for an MRI Tech who is comfortable working independently, delivering exceptional patient care, and performing high-quality MRI examinations using GE equipment.

Candidates should be flexible, as one shift per week may be scheduled at the Philadelphia location (approximately 30 minutes from Langhorne).

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI examinations following physician orders and facility protocols.
• Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures while ensuring comfort and safety.
• Operate MRI equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to provide exceptional patient care.
• Follow all safety standards and infection control protocols.

Equipment & Technology

• Langhorne: GE MRI Scanner
• Philadelphia: Hitachi AIRIS II MRI Scanner

Requirements

• Active ARRT (MR) certification or equivalent credentials.
• Current Pennsylvania licensure (if required).
• Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with GE MRI equipment preferred.
• Ability to work at both Langhorne and Philadelphia locations as needed.
