MRI Technologist - Lenexa, Kansas

Schedule:

• 3 x 12-hour night shifts, 6:45pm – 6:45am
• Specific days of the week to be determined during the interview process

Qualifications:

• Valid and current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification in Magnetic Resonance [ARRT(MR)]
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Prior experience with MRI procedures, emphasizing patient safety and comfort
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in operating MRI equipment and related technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Prepare and position patients accurately while providing emotional support and clinical explanations
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure precise image capture and optimal patient care
• Monitor imaging results for clarity, completeness, and diagnostic accuracy
• Maintain equipment integrity through routine checks and coordinate regular maintenance
• Comply with all safety protocols and facility guidelines, prioritizing patient and staff safety at all times
