MRI Technician | Lorain, Ohio

Seeking a skilled imaging professional to provide quality MRI services at a reputable healthcare facility. This 13-week contract assignment is ideal for a certified MRI technologist experienced with Siemens equipment, who thrives in a dynamic and patient-centered setting.

Schedule:

• 5x8-hour day shifts
• Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
• No weekends required

Qualifications:

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• ARRT(MR) certification required
• Demonstrated experience working with Siemens MRI systems
• Excellent patient care and communication abilities
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment safely to produce diagnostic images according to physician protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
• Accurately position patients and select appropriate imaging techniques based on clinical indications
• Review and assess images for diagnostic quality; collaborate with radiologists as needed
• Maintain detailed imaging records and adhere to all regulatory and quality assurance standards
• Prepare examination rooms, maintain cleanliness, and uphold infection control policies
• Assist with workflow efficiency, contributing to a positive work environment
