MRI Technologist - Lorain, OH

Schedule:

• 5x8 hour shifts
• Day shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Qualifications:

• Current certification with ARRT (MR)
• Valid ODH License
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Previous experience operating MRI scanners and working with imaging software preferred
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI scans following physician orders and standard protocols
• Prepare and position patients to ensure safety and optimal imaging results
• Operate MRI equipment, ensuring proper settings and timely completion of tests
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to support patient care
• Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients during procedures
• Monitor equipment for functionality and coordinate maintenance as needed
• Adhere to all relevant safety procedures, including infection control and handling of contrast agents
