Schedule/Hours:

  • Contract duration of 13 weeks

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certification as an MRI Technologist (ARRT-MR or equivalent)
  • Minimum of one year of experience in MRI imaging within a clinical or hospital environment
  • Proficiency in operating modern MRI scanners and related equipment
  • Strong understanding of safety guidelines, including MRI-compatible devices and patient screening protocols
  • Ability to communicate clearly with patients, explaining procedures with compassion and professionalism
  • Current BLS certification required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MRI scans according to physician orders and standardized protocols
  • Review imaging results to ensure image quality and completeness
  • Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment as necessary
  • Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records in compliance with facility standards
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Monitor patients for safety, comfort, and possible contraindications throughout the imaging process
