Key Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited MRI Technologist program
  • ARRT (MR) certification or equivalent, with current state licensure as required
  • At least one year of recent experience operating MRI equipment in a healthcare setting
  • Strong understanding of imaging protocols, anatomy, and safety procedures for MRI scans
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
  • BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

Schedule:

  • Flexible scheduling with varying shifts based on facility needs

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the process
  • Operate MRI scanners and related imaging equipment following established protocols
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
  • Monitor patients during scans and promptly address any concerns or reactions
  • Accurately maintain patient records, scan logs, and ensure privacy compliance
