MRI Technologist | Mason, Ohio

Step into a vital imaging role specializing in MRI technology, where you'll provide crucial diagnostic support to patients and clinical teams. This contract position is designed for a highly skilled MRI technologist with a passion for excellence and the technical expertise to operate advanced MRI equipment.

Schedule:

• Two 12-hour shifts: Saturday & Sunday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• No on-call responsibility

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience required
• Current ARRT (MR) certification or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of MRI procedures and safety protocols
• Proficiency with both GE 450W and GE Voyager MRI systems preferred
• Ability to work effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds and conditions
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• CPR/BLS certification (as required by clinical standards)

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI scans per physician orders and facility protocols
• Prepare and position patients to ensure comfort and accuracy during imaging
• Operate and maintain GE 450W and GE Voyager MRI equipment, optimizing image quality while adhering to safety guidelines
• Accurately document procedures, patient histories, and pertinent observations in the medical record
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless patient care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe imaging environment
