MRI Technologist in Matthews, NC

Experienced MRI Technologists are needed for a contract position utilizing advanced imaging skills in a dynamic healthcare setting. This opportunity is ideal for motivated professionals looking to make a positive impact with their MRI expertise.

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday, 8:30 pm – 7:00 am
• Rotating weekend call: One weekend per month, Friday night to Monday morning, with a one-hour response time
• Holiday coverage every other week, as required

Key Qualifications:

• Certification and registration as an MRI Technologist
• Demonstrated ability to perform high-quality MRI imaging procedures
• Experience with MRI scanners and related equipment
• Strong attention to detail and patient safety
• Ability to manage after-hours calls and respond according to the one-hour requirement

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform a comprehensive range of MRI examinations based on physician orders, ensuring accuracy and image quality
• Safeguard patient comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Prepare and position patients for MRI exams while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards
• Document imaging processes and system entries as required
