MRI Technologist | Matthews, North Carolina

Advance your imaging expertise in a dynamic hospital setting as an MRI technologist. In this contract role, you’ll provide top-notch care and technical skill in a collaborative environment that values fair scheduling and a supportive team. Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (1900-0730)
• 36 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment to produce detailed images according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Ensure patient comfort and safety before, during, and after MRI procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to deliver accurate diagnostic results
• Maintain imaging equipment and adhere to safety guidelines
• Participate in a fair on-call/call back rotation with fellow technologists, sharing responsibility equitably
• Contribute to holiday shift coverage as needed (approved time off may be available)
• No weekday/weekend rotation; shifts are consistent throughout the assignment
• No floating required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an MRI Technologist in a hospital or high-volume healthcare environment
• Expertise in MRI imaging procedures and safety protocols
• ARRT (MR) certification or equivalent credentialing is highly desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient care

$2,001 - $2,189/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
