MRI Technologist - Matthews, North Carolina

Schedule/Hours:

• 8-hour day shifts
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
• 40 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Registered or registry-eligible MRI Technologist
• Previous experience operating MRI equipment in a clinical or hospital environment
• Proficiency in patient positioning, MRI safety protocols, and performing a variety of imaging procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across modalities
• Current BLS certification preferred

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times during procedures
• Prepare and position patients appropriately for a variety of MRI studies
• Maintain accurate documentation and image records in accordance with regulatory and facility standards
• Participate in a fair on-call rotation along with other full-time, part-time, PRN, and traveler colleagues
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver the best care possible
• Assist with holiday coverage according to departmental needs

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
