MRI Technologist - Matthews, NC

You’ll operate as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, delivering valuable diagnostic imaging that guides exceptional patient care.

Schedule / Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (36 hours/week)
• Holiday coverage is required unless prior approval is granted
• No rotation between weekends and weekdays; shift assignments remain consistent throughout the contract
• On-call responsibilities are fairly distributed among all team members, with frequency determined by team size

Qualifications:

• ARRT (MR) certification or equivalent credentials in MRI technology
• Demonstrated experience as an MRI Technologist in an acute healthcare setting
• Proficiency in operating MRI equipment and adhering to safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care
• Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate clearly

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI examinations, ensuring accuracy and patient comfort
• Prepare, position, and monitor patients during imaging procedures
• Practice appropriate safety measures for all exams, following departmental standards
• Complete documentation and maintain accurate imaging records
• Participate in on-call coverage as assigned, responding promptly to emergent imaging needs
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for patients, families, and peers

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
