Key Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT (MR) certification required
  • Valid state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist, if applicable
  • Completion of an accredited MRI Tech program
  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience as an MRI Technologist
  • Proficient in operating MRI scanners and following imaging protocols
  • Skilled in positioning patients, assessing images for quality, and documenting procedures
  • Excellent communication and patient care abilities
  • Knowledge of safety standards in an MRI environment

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality MRI scans as ordered, ensuring clarity and diagnostic value
  • Accurately position patients for imaging procedures and explain scan processes to alleviate concerns
  • Review and update patient information in clinical systems and imaging records
  • Maintain strict adherence to MRI safety protocols and infection control standards
  • Coordinate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to facilitate efficient workflow
  • Monitor equipment performance, perform basic maintenance, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
  • Manage patient flow, including scheduling and timely completion of exams

$2,033 - $2,150/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
