Qualifications for Success:

• Current registration as an MRI technologist (ARRT-MR or equivalent)
• Completion of an accredited imaging program
• Recent clinical MRI experience, ideally in a hospital or large healthcare environment
• Strong knowledge of MRI safety protocols and procedures
• Proficiency with multiple MRI platforms and imaging software
• Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach
• Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced clinical setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI scans according to physician orders, adhering to safety standards for patient and staff
• Prepare patients by educating them about the procedure, ensuring comfort and addressing concerns
• Operate MRI equipment and adjust imaging parameters to obtain high-quality images
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and ensure clear documentation of procedures and findings
• Monitor MRI equipment for functionality; follow troubleshooting and reporting protocols as needed
