Desired Qualifications:
- Current certification as an MRI technologist (ARDMS, ARRT (MR), or equivalent)
- Demonstrated expertise in MRI imaging, including scan protocols and patient positioning
- Familiarity with GE, Hitachi, and Siemens MRI equipment (7 GE’s, 2 Hitachi, 1 Siemens)
- Strong interpersonal skills to support a positive patient experience
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a clinical team
- Prior experience in an outpatient imaging environment is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide variety of MRI scans following established protocols and quality standards
- Optimize scan parameters to ensure high-quality diagnostic images
- Explain procedures and guide patients through exams to ensure their comfort and cooperation
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to guarantee operational readiness
- Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to protect patients and staff
