An opportunity is available for a skilled MRI Technologist specializing in imaging to join a dynamic healthcare environment. In this key diagnostic position, you'll operate advanced MRI equipment and play a vital part in providing timely, high-quality scans for patient care. This is a contract assignment featuring a 3x12s day shift schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Valid MRI Technologist certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required
  • Experience performing MRI procedures in a fast-paced clinical setting
  • Strong understanding of MRI safety protocols and anatomy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Precise attention to detail and adherence to best practices
  • Must not have credentials from AMRIT (ARRT required for consideration)

Schedule:

  • 3x12s day shift

Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI scanners to obtain clear, diagnostic-quality images as requested by physicians
  • Prepare and position patients safely and comfortably for imaging exams, ensuring patient safety and privacy
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of imaging procedures
  • Follow established protocols and quality control standards for all scans
  • Troubleshoot and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to appropriate personnel
  • Work closely with radiologists, referring clinicians, and other healthcare staff to optimize workflow and patient outcomes
