Advance your career as an MRI Technologist in a high-acuity, dynamic imaging environment renowned for its Level I Trauma and Level 1 Pediatric Trauma services. This contract opportunity offers you the chance to collaborate with a diverse team and apply your skills across a broad range of radiology exams for both adults and pediatric patients.
Schedule:
- 10-hour night shifts, 40 hours per week
- Monday–Thursday, 7:00 pm – 5:30 am
- No weekend rotations; fixed shifts throughout the assignment
- Call requirements are distributed on a fair rotation with all imaging team members
- Holiday coverage participation expected unless approved off in advance
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in MRI imaging
- Certification in ARRT(R) or NMTCB, with ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical skills for fast-paced, high acuity settings
- Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
- First-time travelers are welcome
Responsibilities:
- Conduct MRI procedures on Siemens 1.5T magnets for a patient load of 40–45 per day
- Provide imaging services for emergency, ICU, inpatients, and outpatient settings
- Maintain precise documentation and image records using the EPIC EMR system
- Adhere to safety and quality standards within a culturally collaborative and supportive department
- Participate in call coverage rotation as assigned and assist with holiday scheduling
- Engage in a comprehensive departmental orientation program
