What You’ll Do:

  • Operate MRI equipment to capture clear, diagnostic images in accordance with physician requests
  • Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, explaining processes and easing any concerns
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and functioning for safety and accuracy
  • Adhere to safety standards, including patient screening for contraindications
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to ensure quality images and timely reporting
  • Accurately document patient information and imaging details within required records systems
  • Stay current with MRI technology advancements and best practice protocols

What We’re Looking For:

  • Certification as an MRI Technologist from an accredited program
  • Current and valid registration (ARRT - MR preferred)
  • Experience operating MRI equipment in a clinical environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to help patients feel comfortable and informed
  • Familiarity with imaging protocols, PACS, and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative clinical team
