Qualifications:

  • Current certification or registry as an MRI Technologist (ARRT MR or equivalent)
  • Experience operating MRI equipment in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Knowledge of MRI safety protocols and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining image quality
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare staff
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI scanners according to established protocols and physician orders
  • Position patients appropriately for imaging procedures while maintaining comfort and safety
  • Prepare and administer contrast media as required
  • Monitor patients during scans to ensure safety and address any concerns
  • Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures in the medical record system
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues with imaging equipment
  • Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, infection control standards, and safety measures

$2,270 - $2,394/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
