Schedule:

  • 13-week assignment
  • Thursday to Sunday
  • Combination of 2x12-hour and 2x8-hour day shifts

Key Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT(MR) certification is required
  • Valid BLS certification
  • Proficient in administering MRI contrast agents
  • Previous experience using Epic and PACS systems
  • Strong foundation in imaging safety and patient care protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Assess and position patients accurately for MRI procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
  • Administer contrast materials in accordance with established guidelines
  • Maintain effective communication with patients and healthcare team members
  • Verify patient information, document procedures, and ensure imaging records are accurately updated in Epic/PACS
  • Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with clinical support teams for seamless operation
  • Remain up to date on safety standards and infection control measures
