MRI Technologist - New Britain, Connecticut

Schedule:

• Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Monday through Friday
• 35 hours per week guaranteed

Required Qualifications:

• ARRT or ARMRIT certification (either accepted)
• Demonstrated experience operating Hitachi MRI systems
• Proficient knowledge in MRI procedures and imaging protocols
• No state license required for this position
• Strong commitment to patient comfort, safety, and privacy
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct MRI scans according to physician orders and established imaging protocols
• Operate and troubleshoot Hitachi MRI equipment
• Ensure accurate positioning and proper technique to capture diagnostic-quality images
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to provide timely, comprehensive care
• Monitor and care for patients throughout the imaging process, including explaining procedures and addressing concerns
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all records comply with regulatory standards

$2,709 - $2,856/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
