As an MRI Technologist, you'll deliver high-quality imaging services and play a key role in supporting diagnostic efforts for physicians and care teams. You'll utilize advanced MRI technology to ensure precise results while prioritizing patient safety and comfort throughout each procedure.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Certification in MRI Technology (ARRT or equivalent)
  • Valid licensure as required by the state
  • Previous experience as an MRI Technologist preferred
  • Strong understanding of imaging protocols, safety regulations, and quality assurance standards
  • Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative care environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI equipment to produce clear, high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
  • Accurately position patients and ensure their safety and comfort during exams
  • Screen patients for contraindications and obtain necessary pre-procedure information and consents
  • Monitor imaging results for quality and accuracy, adapting protocols as necessary to ensure optimal images
  • Maintain accurate records, document procedures, and collaborate with radiologists and referring providers
  • Monitor equipment performance, report malfunctions, and assist with scheduling and workflow as needed
