Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid ARRT (MR) certification or equivalent
• Proven experience as an MRI Technologist
• Proficiency in imaging protocols, MRI safety, and patient positioning
• Knowledge of MRI equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Committed to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety standards

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI scans according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Prepare patients by explaining procedures, screening for contraindications, and ensuring comfort
• Operate MRI equipment safely with attention to detail and accuracy
• Review, process, and archive diagnostic images, maintaining clarity and precision
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and other colleagues for comprehensive patient care
• Maintain up-to-date records and complete documentation accurately
• Adhere to all federal, state, and facility safety and compliance requirements
• Participate in continuing education and quality assurance initiatives
