• Current and valid certification as an MRI Technologist (ARRT MRI or equivalent)
• Previous experience operating MRI equipment in a hospital or clinical setting
• Proficiency in patient positioning, venipuncture, and safety protocols specific to MRI procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills to promote patient comfort and effective communication with healthcare teams
• Ability to troubleshoot imaging equipment and ensure calibration for optimal results
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Attention to confidentiality, detail, and data accuracy in all imaging work

• Perform high-quality MRI scans as ordered by physicians, ensuring compliance with standard protocols
• Accurately position patients for various imaging procedures while explaining the process and addressing patient concerns
• Maintain safety for patients and staff by adhering to MRI safety regulations regarding metallic objects and contrast materials
• Input and document imaging data in electronic medical records systems
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to review images and facilitate diagnostic processes
