Step into a key role supporting advanced diagnostic care as an MRI Technologist. This contract opportunity enables you to make a meaningful impact by delivering top-notch imaging services to patients and collaborating with a skilled healthcare team. The assignment spans 13 weeks and offers a flexible, part-time schedule.

Schedule:

• Part time (24 hours per week)
• Wednesday: 12:00 pm – 11:00 pm
• Thursday: 12:00 pm – 11:00 pm
• Participation in weekday night and weekend on-call rotation as desired

Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification required
• ARRT(MR) certification required
• Minimum of two years of experience performing MRI procedures in a clinical environment
• Strong communication and patient care skills to ensure comfort and accuracy during imaging

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI scans, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and physician instructions
• Prepare patients by explaining procedures and answering their questions to ease any concerns
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to capture precise imaging for diagnosis and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Monitor and maintain MRI equipment, reporting any issues to ensure seamless operation
• Participate in the on-call rotation to provide timely imaging services as needed
