MRI Technologist | Orland Park, Illinois

Schedule/Hours:

• Primarily weekdays 11:30am–8:00pm
• Occasional shifts: 9:00am–5:30pm
• Weekend shifts: 7:30am–4:00pm, every other weekend
• Weekday call: 8:00pm–6:30am (rotational)
• Weekend call: 4:00pm–7:30am (rotational)

Qualifications:

• Certified by ARRT (MRI) or ARMRIT
• Current BLS certification
• Demonstrated experience operating MRI equipment and performing clinical MRI exams
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with a rotational call schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and accurate positioning throughout the imaging process
• Verify patient identity and clinical information, explaining procedures clearly and compassionately
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and other clinical staff to ensure optimal workflow
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory and safety standards
• Participate in rotating call coverage as required

$1,806 - $1,904/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
