MRI Technologist | Overland Park, Kansas

Take your advanced MRI expertise and passion for patient care to the next level with a rewarding contract opportunity. In this vital imaging role, you'll conduct high-quality MRI studies, support diagnostic decisions, and ensure a positive patient experience throughout the 13-week assignment.

Schedule:

• 3x12-hour shifts: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• Hours: 6:00 am – 6:30 pm

Qualifications:

• Valid BLS certification
• Registered MRI Technologist credentials: ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT
• Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience as an MRI Technologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment to perform detailed imaging procedures safely and accurately
• Prepare patients for exams, explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort
• Adhere to imaging protocols while maintaining exceptional image quality
• Monitor patient well-being and safety throughout the scan
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to review and distribute images
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and support a safe, organized work environment
