MRI Technologist in Pawtucket, RI

Leverage your advanced MRI expertise in a dynamic contract assignment supporting a high-acuity imaging department. This 13-week opportunity is tailored for professionals experienced with Siemens equipment and is structured around a 3rd shift schedule—four 10-hour shifts from 9:00 pm to 7:30 am, including rotating holidays and weekends.

Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification required
• Valid ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT credential
• Demonstrated proficiency scanning with Siemens MRI systems
• Advanced experience with neuro imaging, body, angiography, and musculoskeletal (MSK) studies preferred
• Confident in performing scans on patients with multiple implanted devices
• Proven ability to deliver safe, high-quality care in a busy imaging environment

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour overnight shifts, 9:00 pm – 7:30 am
• Includes participation in holiday and weekend rotations

Responsibilities:

• Operate Siemens MRI equipment to acquire clear, diagnostic-quality images, adhering to protocols and patient safety standards
• Conduct comprehensive scans, including neuro, body, angiography, and MSK studies
• Skillfully assess and manage patients with multiple types of implanted devices, ensuring compliance with all safety precautions
• Accurately document clinical findings and collaborate effectively with the radiology and clinical team
• Maintain operational readiness of MRI suite and uphold stringent infection control standards
