MRI Technologist - Pawtucket, RI

Step into a vital role supporting advanced diagnostic imaging on a dedicated team. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and requires expertise in MRI with a focus on delivering high-quality scans to enhance patient outcomes.

Schedule:

• 3rd shift: four 10-hour shifts from 9:00 pm–7:30 am
• Includes holiday and weekend rotations

Qualifications:

• Valid BLS certification
• Registered with ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT
• Proficiency with Siemens MRI systems
• Demonstrated advanced experience in neuro imaging, body MRI, angiography, and musculoskeletal imaging (MSK) preferred
• Skilled in scanning patients with multiple implanted devices
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, committed to safe patient care

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment efficiently and safely to perform diagnostic imaging
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare providers to determine appropriate imaging protocols
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all patients, especially those with implanted medical devices, through rigorous adherence to protocols
• Conduct specialized scans across various modalities—neuro, body, angiography, and musculoskeletal
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Participate in rotating holiday and weekend coverage as part of a supportive team
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure optimal scan quality

$3,025 - $3,200/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
