MRI Technologist in Pawtucket, RI

Seeking a skilled imaging professional for a dynamic contract opportunity specializing in MRI technology. This 13-week position focuses on delivering advanced diagnostic imaging across a diverse patient population, from pediatrics to adults, in both emergency and inpatient settings. Schedule/Hours:

• 4 x 10-hour night shifts (4:00pm – 2:30am)
• Alternating Weeks:
  • Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Required Qualifications:

• Current certification in BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ARRT certification with CT credentials
• Proven experience with Epic EMR system
• Hands-on familiarity with GE Signa and Siemens MRI equipment
• Knowledge of Medrad injectors and GE PACS strongly preferred
• Ability to float to pediatric settings (including Hasbro Children’s) as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI scans, including complex trauma and pediatric studies, using Siemens Definition AS+, GE VCT 64 Slice, and related systems
• Administer contrast agents safely and effectively
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care in emergency, inpatient, and trauma environments
• Adapt quickly to varying patient needs and clinical scenarios
• Maintain accurate records with Epic documentation

$3,025 - $3,200/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
