MRI Technologist | Pawtucket, Rhode Island

Schedule / Hours:

• Four 10-hour shifts, nights
• 4:00 pm – 2:30 am
• Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid MRI Technologist credentials with ARRT(CT) certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Proficiency operating MRI equipment and conducting a range of imaging procedures
• Ability to work independently on night shifts while maintaining high quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication with patients and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, providing clear instructions and assistance throughout examinations
• Maintain and calibrate MRI equipment, promptly reporting technical issues
• Accurately document patient information and imaging results
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care
• Uphold strict compliance with safety, infection control, and privacy standards
