Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current registration with ARRT (MRI) or equivalent certification.
  • Prior experience as an MRI Technologist, including operation and troubleshooting of MRI equipment.
  • In-depth understanding of MRI safety procedures and protocols.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and collaborating with clinical staff.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new equipment and clinical demands.

Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures according to established protocols to ensure optimal image quality.
  • Operate MRI scanners, manage imaging software, and monitor image quality during exams.
  • Review patient medical histories and confirm procedure orders for accuracy and safety.
  • Communicate clearly with patients to ensure understanding of procedures and alleviate anxiety.
  • Maintain accurate records and patient data in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and referring clinicians to provide timely and precise imaging services.
  • Participate in regular equipment maintenance and safety checks.

$2,270 - $2,394/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
