This travel assignment allows MRI Technologists to operate both GE and Hitachi AIRIS II equipment, expanding your technical experience and elevating your resume. Exposure to different teams and workflow approaches deepens your clinical skills and gives you firsthand insight into diverse leadership and best practices within the imaging field.
Schedule / Hours:
- 4x10 hour day shifts
- May include one day per week at an additional location approximately 30 minutes from primary site
Qualifications / Experience:
- ARRT certification (MR) required
- Minimum of one year experience as an MRI Technologist
- Comfortable with both GE and Hitachi AIRIS II equipment or a quick learner with a strong imaging background
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to adapt to different facility protocols and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform a broad range of MRI procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all stages of care
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment (GE and Hitachi AIRIS II), troubleshooting as needed
- Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure diagnostic quality
