MRI Technician | Pompano Beach, Florida

Schedule:

• 3 shifts per week, each 12 hours long

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Must possess a current Florida Registered Technologist (R.T.) certification in Radiography (R) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR)
• Proven hands-on experience performing MRI scans with excellent attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of MRI technology, safety protocols, and patient care procedures
• Ability to collaborate effectively with radiologists and healthcare team members
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism in patient interactions

Responsibilities:

• Conduct MRI imaging procedures following established protocols and safety guidelines
• Prepare patients for MRI scans, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort and safety
• Accurately operate MRI equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images
• Maintain detailed records of procedures and patient information
• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of MRI equipment
• Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards
