Schedule/Hours:

  • Flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed

Key Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Current certification in MRI (ARRT-MR or equivalent)
  • Active, unrestricted registration/licensure as required
  • Demonstrated proficiency operating MRI equipment and performing imaging protocols
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
  • Commitment to safety standards, including use of protective equipment and adherence to all compliance protocols
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare staff

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
  • Monitor patients during imaging exams, providing clear instructions and responding to inquiries
  • Accurately document procedures, maintain patient records, and ensure data privacy
  • Collaborate with physicians and other staff to optimize imaging quality and patient care
  • Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, reporting malfunctions as required
  • Stay informed on advancements in MRI technology and healthcare best practices
