An opportunity for a skilled MRI Technologist is available in Reidsville, NC, offering a travel position with an engaging and dynamic work environment. This role involves working with advanced imaging equipment and contributing to patient care across diverse clinical settings. Candidates with a minimum of one year of experience in MRI technology are encouraged to apply, including those new to travel assignments who meet the experience requirements.

Schedule:

  • Four 8-hour shifts
  • Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm
  • Monday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • ARMRIT or ARRT MR certification required
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Proficiency with PACS and Siemens imaging systems
  • Previous experience as a Charge Technologist preferred
  • Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system
  • Experience in Adult Acute Care, Adult ICU, Adult Outpatient, and Emergency Department Trauma environments
  • Pediatric Acute Care experience is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of imaging anatomy and protocols including abdomen, pelvis, brain, chest, extremities, and spine
  • Skilled in isolation precautions, contrast media preparation/administration, and peripheral IV insertion
  • Expertise in various imaging techniques including Gradient Echo, MIP, Spin Echo, and weighted imaging sequences
