Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for an exciting travel opportunity in New York. This position is ideal for a candidate with strong GE MRI scanner experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced Level I Trauma Center and providing high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient care.

Technology

• IV/Contrast Administration
• MRI Safety & Screening Protocols

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Magnetic Resonance Imaging or Radiologic Technology
• Current ARRT certification
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification – AHA ONLY
• GE scanner experience required
• Level I Trauma Center experience required
• Injection certification required
• Minimum 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
• Experience with IV insertion and contrast administration
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and MRI safety procedures
• NYS Radiologic Technologist License — must be willing to obtain after starting

• Experienced MRI Technologist with strong GE scanner expertise
• Comfortable working in a high-acuity Level I Trauma Center
• Skilled in patient preparation, positioning, and providing compassionate care
• Confident performing IV insertion and contrast injections
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient safety and diagnostic image quality
• Able to communicate effectively with physicians, radiologists, and other members of the healthcare team
• Experienced in maintaining accurate documentation and patient confidentiality
• Current and compliant with all required certifications
• Available to start ASAP
