MRI Technologist - Rocky Point, NC

Seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract role runs for 13 weeks, offering a specialized schedule without any on-call responsibilities.

Schedule:

• 3x12s day shifts
• Thursday: 10:30 am – 11:00 pm (Orthopedic Hospital)
• Friday: 10:30 am – 11:00 pm (Orthopedic Hospital)
• Saturday: 6:30 pm – 7:00 am (Main Facility)

In this important role, you will work with advanced MRI equipment to perform imaging procedures, supporting both orthopedic and general patient needs across two facilities. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, radiologists, and the broader healthcare team to ensure high levels of diagnostic accuracy and patient care.

Qualifications:

• Certification as an MRI Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Proven experience with MRI imaging in hospital or clinical settings
• Strong understanding of MRI safety protocols and best practices
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and variable patient volumes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment to complete scheduled exams as ordered by healthcare providers
• Review imaging procedures for quality and accuracy, ensuring optimal results
• Guide and position patients safely while providing compassionate care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each examination
