Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid ARRT(MR) certification required
• Current BLS certification
• At least 1 year of recent experience performing MRI imaging in a clinical or hospital setting
• Proficiency with MRI equipment, safety, and imaging protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality imaging

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure patient comfort and safety by explaining procedures and addressing questions or concerns
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot MRI equipment to guarantee optimal performance
• Adhere strictly to safety standards, including screening for MRI contraindications
• Accurately document all imaging performed and maintain comprehensive patient records
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to support diagnostic processes
• Assist with schedule coordination and efficiency in the imaging department as needed
