Qualifications & Skills:

• Registered MRI Technologist (ARRT MRI certification or equivalent)
• Completion of an accredited radiology or MRI program
• Demonstrated experience with MRI imaging protocols and safety standards
• Proficiency in operating MRI scanners and associated imaging equipment
• Strong communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
• Commitment to upholding confidentiality and patient care standards
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI examinations following established protocols to ensure optimal image quality
• Prepare and position patients safely for procedures, ensuring comfort and reassurance
• Operate MRI equipment while adhering to all safety measures concerning magnetism and contrast agents
• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to communicate results and address diagnostic needs
• Maintain accurate patient records and document procedure details in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with support teams for timely resolution
• Monitor inventory of supplies and ensure the imaging suite is prepared for upcoming appointments

$1,888 - $1,997/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
