MRI Technologist in Selinsgrove, PA

Join an advanced imaging team focused on delivering high-quality patient care within a dynamic environment. This opportunity offers a 13-week contract for a skilled professional experienced in MRI, working on state-of-the-art Siemens equipment.

Schedule:

• 5 consecutive 8-hour night shifts (Monday–Friday)
• 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Primarily third-shift coverage, with some scheduling flexibility
• No on-call requirements, but holiday assistance preferred (work at least one holiday if on assignment during multiple holidays)

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT(MR) certification (MRI registered)
• Active BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
• Prior experience operating Siemens MRI systems highly desired
• Demonstrated proficiency in performing MRI procedures independently and safely
• Ability to collaborate with radiologists, providers, and other healthcare professionals
• Strong attention to patient safety protocols and comfort

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and advanced MRI exams, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety
• Prepare and position patients according to physician orders and established protocols
• Operate Siemens MRI equipment efficiently and effectively
• Accurately document procedures, patient data, and complete required records in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
• Foster a positive patient experience through compassionate care and clear communication
• Flexibly assist with holiday coverage as needed
