Schedule/Hours:

  • 4 days per week
  • 10-hour shifts
  • Day shift: 8:30am to 7:00pm

Qualifications:

  • Active certification: ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT required
  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
  • Prior experience operating MRI equipment and performing advanced imaging procedures
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols, anatomy, and patient positioning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients and team members
  • Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI scanners and related technology to capture high-quality images for diagnostic interpretation
  • Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures; clearly explain exam processes to ensure comfort and understanding
  • Maintain precise documentation and patient records according to facility protocols
  • Monitor patient safety throughout each procedure, adhering to best practices and safety guidelines at all times
  • Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize imaging outcomes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues promptly; report any malfunctions to appropriate personnel
