MRI Technologist | Shawnee, Kansas

This contract position offers the chance to utilize advanced imaging skills to deliver exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with a team of dedicated radiology professionals across a 13-week engagement.

Schedule/Hours:

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
• Night shifts from 6:45pm to 6:45am
• Specific shift days will be discussed during the interview process

Qualifications:

• Current certification with ARRT(MR)
• Active BLS certification
• Previous experience working as an MRI Technologist, with strong technical proficiency and patient care focus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality images

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI scans following proper protocols, ensuring patient safety and exceptional image quality
• Verify patient identification, accurately explain procedures, and monitor for comfort throughout imaging
• Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and infection control guidelines
• Document imaging results and observations in accordance with facility policies
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, referring providers, and other team members to deliver efficient and compassionate care

$2,451 - $2,584/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
