A professional, detail-oriented MRI technologist is sought for a 13-week assignment working on Siemens equipment. This role calls for expertise in MRI imaging and familiarity with high-quality patient care standards.

Qualifications:

• Current certification or registry as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) with eligibility to push contrast in Connecticut
• Proven experience operating MRI equipment, specifically Siemens systems
• Demonstrated knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and MRI safety protocols
• Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
• Skilled in accurately documenting scan parameters and patient records

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI procedures using Siemens equipment according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Assess patient needs, explain procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
• Prepare, administer, and document contrast agents as allowed for RTs in Connecticut
• Troubleshoot equipment and recognize malfunctions, escalating when appropriate
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and other imaging staff to deliver efficient diagnostic imaging services
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of MRI suite and related work areas
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all safety and privacy standards

$3,302 - $3,482/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
