An opportunity is available for a skilled MRI Technologist with expertise in imaging, specifically MRI, to contribute to high-quality patient care. This role offers a defined schedule and the chance to work alongside a dedicated team in a professional healthcare environment.

Schedule:

  • 3x12s day shifts
  • Thursday: 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. (Orthopedic setting)
  • Friday: 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. (Orthopedic setting)
  • Saturday: 6:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (General hospital setting)
  • 13-week assignment
  • No on-call requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience operating MRI equipment in a clinical environment
  • Current certification as an MRI Technologist (ARRT (MR) preferred)
  • Ability to work independently across multiple facilities
  • Strong communication skills and attention to patient safety protocols
  • Up-to-date BLS certification
  • Familiarity with imaging software and workflow processes

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and imaging protocols
  • Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the exam
  • Maintain accurate patient records and imaging reports
  • Communicate findings and collaborate effectively with radiologists and clinical staff
  • Troubleshoot equipment and report issues for timely resolution
  • Adhere strictly to regulatory and infection control standards
