MRI Technologist | Spring Lake, Michigan

Schedule/Hours:

• 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
• Every other weekend rotation included

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current registration with ARRT (MRI) or equivalent certification required
• Completion of an accredited MRI Technology program
• Strong knowledge of MRI safety protocols and procedures
• Previous experience operating MRI equipment in a healthcare environment
• Proven ability to interact compassionately and professionally with patients
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments

Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and industry protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all stages of imaging procedures
• Accurately calibrate and operate MRI equipment; troubleshoot technical issues as needed
• Maintain comprehensive patient records and imaging documentation
• Apply infection control and patient privacy standards at all times
• Collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff for optimal patient outcomes
• Prepare and position patients for imaging, explaining processes and answering questions

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
