MRI Technologist in Suttons Bay, MI

Schedule/Hours:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 6:30 am – 7:30 pm
• Week 2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 6:30 am – 7:30 pm
• 39 hours per week
• Alternating weekends: every other Saturday in a two-week span
• No on-call responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• ARRT(MR) credential is required
• Hands-on experience with Siemens MRI systems
• Demonstrated proficiency in MRI imaging within a hospital or clinical environment
• Excellent attention to detail and patient care standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment to capture diagnostic images according to physician orders
• Prepare patients for MRI exams, explaining procedures and answering questions to ensure comfort and safety
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to optimize image quality
• Maintain accurate patient records and adherence to privacy regulations
• Troubleshoot and report any technical difficulties with imaging equipment
• Comply with safety protocols and infection control standards at all times
