Travel MRI Technologist - Sylvester, GA

Schedule:

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 7 pm – 7 am

Qualifications:

• Active BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Certified MRI Technologist (ARRT MR required)
• At least 1 year of MRI experience (first-time travelers welcome)
• Familiarity with Siemens scanners (Philips experience preferred)
• Experience in musculoskeletal, neuro, abdominal/pelvis, oncologic, and breast imaging
• Ability to start IVs
• Strong ability to work independently and adapt in a high-volume setting
• Adhere to a strict 75-mile radius travel rule

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI scanners (with 4 scanners in total, including a mobile unit)
• Perform detailed imaging studies with a focus on musculoskeletal, neuro, abdominal/pelvis, oncology, and breast imaging
• Work efficiently with a high daily scan volume (~30 protocols per day)
• Manage both inpatient and outpatient caseloads, including ICU and NICU patients
• Collaborate with a team featuring on-site supervisors, radiologists (daytime), and senior technologists
• Use PACS: McKesson or Change Healthcare, and Meditech EMR
