Key Qualifications:

• Current certification/registration as an MRI Technologist (ARRT MRI or equivalent required)
• Demonstrated experience operating MRI equipment and conducting imaging studies with a focus on safety and accuracy
• Strong knowledge of MRI safety protocols and patient screening procedures
• Effective communication skills to interact with patients, physicians, and fellow staff
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Previous experience in a hospital or imaging center setting is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment to capture clear, accurate diagnostic images as ordered by physicians
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process, providing clear instructions and compassionate care
• Prepare and position patients according to prescribed protocols and area of interest
• Maintain accurate records of patient histories, procedures performed, and imaging results
• Monitor equipment performance and promptly report any issues to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Apply proper radiation safety and infection control measures at all times
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to meet patient and facility needs

$2,270 - $2,394/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
