This travel opportunity is perfectly suited for MRI technologists with strong technical expertise, particularly in using GE MRI machines. Expand your resume through hands-on involvement with two MRI units (1.5T GEs) across hospital and outpatient settings, while engaging in high-volume caseloads (an average of 22 exams per day).

Schedule/Hours:

• Wednesday: 6:30 AM–5:00 PM (Imaging Lab), with call 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Thursday: 6:30 AM–5:00 PM (Imaging Lab)
• Friday: 6:30 AM–5:00 PM (Hospital)
• Weekend Call: Saturday 7:00 AM–Sunday 7:00 PM (select weekends)

Qualifications:

• ARRT (MR) certification required or eligibility within one year of hire
• Minimum 1 year MRI experience; hospital setting preferred
• Proficiency with GE MRI systems and IV contrast administration
• BLS (American Heart Association) required before patient care
• Familiarity with Epic EHR and PACS preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI imaging following established clinical protocols
• Operate, troubleshoot, and ensure MRI equipment safety and performance
• Initiate IVs and administer contrast agents as indicated
• Deliver clear pre-, intra-, and post-procedure instructions and direct patient care
• Support training and oversight for new staff and MRI students
• Maintain adherence to patient safety and data quality standards
