MRI Technologist - Traverse City, Michigan

A thriving healthcare facility is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist for a 13-week contract position. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about diagnostic imaging, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic clinical environment.

Schedule:

• Saturdays and Sundays: 6:30 am – 7:30 pm
• One 8-hour weekday shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm or 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• 32–34 hours per week
• No on-call requirement

Qualifications:

• Active ARRT(MR) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Previous experience working on Siemens MRI equipment highly preferred
• Solid technical skills in MRI scanning and safety protocols
• Professional communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images according to physician orders
• Ensure patient safety, positioning, and comfort throughout imaging procedures
• Adhere to departmental and facility policies regarding protocols and documentation
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Maintain accurate records and ensure the cleanliness and functionality of imaging equipment

$2,580 - $2,720/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
