Seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging services in a clinical setting. This role is ideal for someone skilled in MRI technology, dedicated to patient care, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Current registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in MRI
  • Valid state licensure (if applicable)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience operating MRI equipment in a healthcare environment
  • Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and MRI safety protocols
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with medical staff

Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI scanners to obtain diagnostic images as ordered by physicians
  • Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
  • Review imaging orders and protocols, select appropriate imaging parameters
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate patient records
  • Monitor patients during scanning for any adverse reactions or issues
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate effectively with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
